Montserrat is a dedicated executive and personal assistant with over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to working as a Partner and Executive Assistant at a Mayfair-based family office services provider, she worked for more than 10 years as an engineer handling project costs for complex international energy projects for some of the world’s largest firms including Chevron, BHP Billiton, Worley Parsons and Atkins.
Her work has brought her to Australia, Spain and to the UK where she has become an in-demand executive and personal assistant. Montserrat brings an engineer’s mindset and provides the organizational skills, proactiveness and can-do attitude to each client engagement. She enjoys working with different nationalities, business cultures and time zones and is fully bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Montserrat lives and works in Mayfair, London.
Business Operations Support
Manage basic revenue models and P/L
Develop ongoing performance reports and assisting with management of personal finances (international accounts) and investment portfolios
Help prepare annual budget and annual reports
Support business development and marketing efforts
Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, lawyers, accountants and Companies House.
Report on business KPI’s
Cost management and expense oversight, reconciliation of credit card statements
Identify efficiencies and better practices to optimize business operations
Coordinate and host client events
Ad hoc business and data analysis
Project Management
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project
Monitoring and reporting on deliverables, milestones and timelines
Develop, manage and maintain work stream schedules
Produce regular status reports, KPI’s and board reports
Manage scope, schedule, finance, risk and resources
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on information flow and project updates
Streamline and automate business processes
Problem resolution and change management
Work on special projects on an as needed basis
Personal and Household Management
General household and personal administration
Property management including overseas properties
Liaising with household staff in properties around the world
Project coordination related to the acquisition and maintenance of property, fine art and luxury goods
Managing property renovations with budgets and negotiating rates with external suppliers
Liaising with service providers and contractors
Hosting and organising private events
Running errands
Travel booking
Booking restaurants and leisure activities

General Administrative Services
Diary, email, and calendar management
Travel, entertainment, and logistics planning
Liaising with 3rd Parties and follow up
Research and file management
Invoice, bill payment, process expenses, purchase orders and requisitions.
Answering calls and being a primary point of contact
Compilation, formatting, proofreading and distribution of documents
Preparation of Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and design of access databases.
